このワークショップでは、ハーバルセラピストにハーブの活用について教えていただきます。🌼今回のメインテーマは「ローゼル」。ローゼル（ハイビスカス）には、疲労回復、美肌効果、免疫力向上、むくみ改善、生活習慣病予防など、様々な効能が期待できます。特に、ビタミンCやクエン酸、アントシアニンなどの抗酸化物質が豊富に含まれており、美容と健康に良いハーブとして知られています。この特別なハーブを使って、ピクルス、ジャム、そしてマッシュポテトを作りましょう！🍴🍯✨

It is particularly known as a herb beneficial for beauty and health due to its rich content of antioxidants like vitamin C, citric acid, and anthocyanins. 【視察研修を開催します！Study Tour will be held！】
茂原市国際交流協会では、３月１２日(火)、視察研修を開催します！
今回は、東京都墨田区にある防災館で、地震や暴風雨などの自然災害を体験していただけます。
東京ソラマチでのランチビュッフェとフリータイム（約１時間）もあります。
皆さんで一緒に学びながら、交流を深めましょう！ご参加お待ちしております。
Study Tour will be held on March 12th, Tuesday. You will experience natural disasters such as earthquake and storm at the disaster prevention center. You also have lunch and 60 minutes free time in Tokyo-Solamachi. Let’s enjoy studying with MIFA friends! We look forward to having you join us!
